BidBont Manager · Operational room 03

Work should
leave a trace.

Manager is being shaped as a lightweight practice for accountable work: what matters, who carries it, what evidence informed the decision and what happens next. It is not currently presented here as released software.

The minimum useful record

Four entries before the work moves.

  1. 01

    Name the work

State the object, expected result and the boundary of the task.

  2. 02

    Name the owner

Record who decides, who acts and who needs to be consulted before work moves.

  3. 03

    Keep the trace

Keep the evidence, decision, date and next action together so the record survives the meeting.

  4. 04

    Close the loop

Completion means checked, handed over and recorded—not merely marked done.

Release boundary

What must be settled before Manager is offered.

  1. 01

    Form

Is this a method, service or software product? The public page must not blur those categories.

  2. 02

    Function

Only working capabilities may be presented as available; planned features must remain visibly planned.

  3. 03

    Data

Any product release needs an approved account of collected data, access, retention and deletion.

  4. 04

    Support

Price, availability, security and response commitments require named operational owners before launch.
